世界文化日活動十分豐富，早上各級到禮堂認識餐桌禮儀，聆聽外籍英語老師教授如何使用及擺放刀叉，最後一起品嚐美味的漢堡扒。
下午開始，各級學生欣賞時裝表演比賽。表演生穿著不同國家的民族服飾，並透過各國的語言，跟校長、老師、家長及學生打招呼。最後，也透過那個國家的傳統音樂行「catwalk」。
另外，學生也得到一本「護照」，以入境及蓋印等方式到各層課室的不同國家，包括中國、日本、奧地利、西班牙、希臘、英國等國家，並透過希臘特色甜品、日本壽司輕黏土製作、法國磓球、日本劍球、詠唱及舞蹈等，認識不同國家的文化。學生十分積極及興奮，認真投入活動及學習之中！

World Culture Day
On April 26, our school hosted a whole-school event: World Culture Day. We transformed our school into an English-rich environment, our classrooms and activity rooms into different countries, our hall into a fashion show gala for students to learn about different countries’ cultures around the world as well as their motherland in order to cultivate their interest in self-learning.
In the morning, students were engaged in table manners taught by our NETs. They learned basic etiquette, such as how to use the utensils, how and where to put them after dining. Students enjoyed a cooked patty for the event.
In the afternoon, a fashion show was hosted in the hall. Student models dressed up in different countries’ clothing, and through different languages, they greeted our principal, teachers, parents and fellow students.
Students also received a special tailor-made “passport” to participate in role-playing the immigration procedure tutorial. After getting the country’s chop, the students are then allowed to travel to China, Japan, Austria, Spain, Greece, England and so on. Through clay crafts of Greek desserts and sushi, croquet, Kendama, singing and dancing, students were able to learn about the country and their cultures. Students were enthusiastic, engaged and extremely thrilled to participate in such a wondrous event!
